FOUNTAIN BLOSSOM DUVET COVER WHITE CHALK

The Fountain Blossom Duvet Cover White Chalk takes its inspiration from hand-painted floral motifs found in well-preserved 18th-century pattern illustrations.

Flowers cascade across the textile like a large bloom, moving away from the traditional layouts of the period to form a more fluid and contemporary symbol of life. The damask-woven composition includes birds and floral motifs such as convolvulus, rose petals, violets, clover leaves and carnations, combined with stripes and à la grecque borders that frame the decorative tableau.

The elaborate placement pattern is created by combining a sateen-based jacquard with selected woven stitches, resulting in a rich and tactile damask textile.

The mercerized finish enhances the lustrous surface, allowing light and shadow to move across the raised motifs and create a subtle, dynamic visual effect.
