Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the store may be referred to as “Nuvole”, “we”, “us”, or “our”.
These Terms and Conditions apply to consumer purchases made through our website. By placing an order on our website, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
Ordering
When you place an order on our website, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. This confirmation means that we have received your order.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including:
- delivery details
- contact details
- selected products
- payment method
If you discover that you have entered incorrect information, please contact us as soon as possible at nuvole@nuvole.design. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
In rare cases, a product may be unavailable after an order has been placed. If this happens, we will contact you by email and offer a solution, such as cancellation or refund.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Prices
All prices on the website are listed in DKK and include 25% Danish VAT, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price charged will be the one shown at the time of purchase.
If a price is clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error, we are not obligated to supply the product at that incorrect price if the error was obvious.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
Payment is only captured when your order has been dispatched, unless otherwise required by your payment provider.
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount may be reserved on your account according to the terms of your card issuer until the payment is completed or released.
We do not charge payment card fees unless explicitly stated.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders.
Orders are shipped with GLS.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, season, and carrier conditions. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or on the delivery page, where relevant.
Please note:
- delivery may take longer during busy periods
- delays caused by the carrier are outside our control
- we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address information, non-collection, or failed delivery caused by customer circumstances, we reserve the right to require payment of any additional shipping costs before resending the order.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day period by emailing nuvole@nuvole.design.
You may not cancel simply by refusing delivery without also notifying us.
Returns
After notifying us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us.
Returned items must be:
- unused
- in the same condition as received
- in the original packaging, where possible

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the returned parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided documentation that the goods have been returned, whichever comes first.
Please note that original delivery costs may only be refunded to the extent required by applicable consumer law.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at nuvole@nuvole.design with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- relevant photos, where possible
We will review the matter and provide a suitable solution in accordance with applicable law.
Complaints
Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you may have the right to make a complaint regarding defects for up to 24 months, depending on the nature of the product and the circumstances.
A complaint must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.
If your complaint is justified, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless otherwise required by law:
- custom-made or made-to-order products
- gift cards
- final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable
- sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- strikes
- transport disruptions
- supply chain interruptions
- natural disasters
- war
- government restrictions
- technical breakdowns
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Danish law.
Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Danish law and may be brought before the relevant Danish courts or complaint bodies.
